Equilibrium D20 would probably require a license to turn into a fully fledged D20 Modern setting.
Although I would suggest D20 Spycraft instead as the rules are a lot better, clearer and certainly more conscise compared to D20 Modern.
A Grammaton Cleric class would be interesting but in terms of Game Balance against all the other classes: probably not a good idea.
It would probably be an NPC class or a PrC...
Any EQ RPG setting would be best from a developers point of view set after the events in the film, with the player characters being involved in either the Resistance along with Preston.
Or the remains of the Tetragrammaton as it tries to regain control of Libria.

On the Wizards Message boards there is a very interesting set of prestige classes that are set up for the grammaton cleric. First is a ten level prestige class setting you up for the Cleric status which is called Grammaton Desciple. After completing that you take a five level prestige class that wraps it up. I just got done playing a game with this character creation and it works quite nicely. To find it go to the wizards message boards..and search grammaton cleric.

I was mulling over the thought of EQ in other systems...especially how silly it would be using the 5 point system in White Wolf. 1 dot - invalid 2 dots - Librian 3 dots - Sweeper 4 dots - Cleric 5 dots - Preston Almost looks like our Board settings. Can you imagine the fun you'd have with crits if this was ported to Rolemaster/Spacemaster?

Can you imagine the fun you'd have with crits if this was ported to Rolemaster I can imagine just how funny it would be to see a Grammaton Cleric fumble his attack by tripping over an imaginary deceased turtle! ;D ;D ;D ;D

I remember my Halfling in MERP which is a similar system to Rolemaster... Died when he swung a dwarven warhammer around, bit off his own tongue and choked to death.
