My fav was the Wierd final battle with DuPont, but the best is yet to come! If you listened to the audio comm. you know that KW had to leave something out. It is my opinion that the DuPont scene originally contained a blended kata; a mix of handgun and sword (both available in the room). He promised to use this secret action sequence in his next movie. The concept art shows ultraviolet carrying a sword & sidearm. Coincidence? I think not!

Ya, that final gun/hand trapping thingie was just freaking awesome. I was practically jumping up and down in my seat the first time I saw that in the theater. It was such a rush!! If you think about it though, its actually quite simple and I'm truly surprised no one else has thought of creating it and putting it on film. Good thing for Wimmer that no one else did!! Can't wait to see Ultraviolet!!

How is it that in that one scene Chris Bale does more acting with just his facail expresion then Keanu Reeves has done during his entire acting career?
Not to mention Big Sean Bean doing a great job with the eyes. I only wish he had some more screen time in the movie, he is a great actor and he would have made Gun Kata look even more cool then it already is.

I liked the final battle scene with DuPont, but I have to say that I like the sidearm-kata the best, like that scene in the beginning and when he kills the sweeper team in the Nether (after he does the flip).

IMO, and in general, British actors are better than Hollywood actors because they think acting ability is more important than image ability.

I loved the end fight with DuPont. I had to pick it. It was a tough poll though because I love all the fight scenes in EQ.

Mine is the final fight with DuPont, two guys who are almost equally matched, for a second the first time watching it I wasn't sure Preston could beat him, unlike all the other fights!

IMO, and in general, British actors are better than Hollywood actors because they think acting ability is more important than image ability. And they make great bad guys...ever notice that? You never see a Brit as the action hero, he's always the cunningly evil baddie. I think it's because of the Revolutionary War...

Brits are the best actors. Look at Monty Python. "Bring out your dead..." Speaking as a Brit, I don't think we nessecerily have all the best actors, but I think the TV and film world in the UK is a little less obsessed with appearence (though that is changing fast). Our media is more willing to give lead roles and the spotlight to actors who don't look like handsome hunks or supermodel babes, but who can grab your attention with thier acting skills and screen presence. There are loads of great US actors out there, but because most of them don't look good enough, they don't get the lead roles. EG Steve Buscimi rocks, but he'll never lead a major Hollywood movie or US TV series. Whereas anyone in the UK will know the name David Jason, a man who's short, overweight and balding, yet takes the lead TV roles in major crime, drama and comedy shows and so on because he's a phenominal actor. In short, the UK encoureges and supports Good actor-bad teeth types more than the US, where the Good-teeth-moderate actor is prefered for the lead role. I think. It's probably really easy to disprove everything I've just said, but I think, like Mulder in the dark with a dodgy flashlight, I'm getting near to the truth.
