OMG LOL! Those are in my opinion as a photoshopper not very good. poor fonts, poor cutout-work, poor work on the lights. I dunno how long you have been doing this, but you have alot to learn, or at least you gotta put some more effort into your work.
You have some jaggy edges to take care of too.

OK, it looks as though only the ones from this thread are gone. Father's other two on the different threads are still functioning. (& I have them saved ) I really want that one back that I have on my computer right now..."Blow the Bulbs" Does any one have any idea what file backgrounds are saved under? I don't want to loose it.

Hello, there's no worry they are safe, backed up on my drive... Somehow after that Photoshop topic I felt like I didn't do the movie any justice. And I must say I wasn't to happy with the Da Vinci one. But it seems like other people are enjoying it soo...

Im sorry for being sorta snobish. Most people appreciates your art around here (Yes, Art). Im not a professional, I have learned photoshop pretty much on my own, but I have been hanging around professional artists on forums and learned a whole lot this way. You know the tools, but you are not mastering the techniques yet. I was on your level not very long ago. The thing is that the images you use are too blurry, in other words not focused enough. It is possible to touch them up with Photoshop using the Sharpening Tool, or possibly a Sharpening filter (although you should avoid using filters as much as possible). Take a look at my site. Im sure that if you try hard enough you are gonna accomplish something equal within months. URL = www.propellerdeath.tkIf the URL does not work, keep trying, eventually you will get in.

Welly well, that wasn't all that bad (your statement). As a matter and fact, I'm looking to follow some photoshop lessons here locally (or I'll buy myself a decent photoshop tutorial, if you know any good one let me know). The point is you are right about the blurry images, but adding sharpening with a tool will give some other artefacts that will not be desirable. The main problem is: most original pictures are small so making them bigger only take away the scharpness.

I was on your level not very long ago. The thing is that the images you use are too blurry, in other words not focused enough. So Grimwall when do I get to add your wallpapers to the site?? (you do realize I'm just bating you for more content, right? ) As to the focusing if you hadn't already noticed some spots of the film itself are out of focus. Not much can really fix that. Also a few of the stills are slightly out of focus as well. I'd rather have an imperfect image then none at all. In fact, often the imperfection is what makes it more interesting...like EQ itself.

How did you get Preston during the darked out scene... In the light? Me no understand... Well me not involved in the lightning, I found the picture with the light and to me it evoked the scene perfectly (it's probably a production still - before Wimmers gave threatment- or it's such a 1/1000 sec photos that only cameras can catch, not our slow eye).

I was going to stay out of this, but I just HAVE To jump in here First off - I think Father has made some nice stuff. No he is not a Photoshop expert, nor does he claim it. But as with all art, it is not about the perfection of technique, but it is about original and enjoyable work that has artist integrity. Anyways, I had to jump in here because although I do not claim to be a Photoshop expert, I do know that MR. Grimwall is not really either. No offence to Grimwall, but your website is not a professional photoshop site See www.deaddreamer.com/v10/freeze/index.htmlfor a real photoshop artist THAT IS PROFESIONAL WORK! There are many others, Grimwall I am sure you know of them as well. My only advice is you should not criticize other up and coming artists, unless you are a really good one yourself. And your web site is not at that level yet, Im sorry to say.
