One of the things critics say that really ticks me off is this film is unoriginal. WHAT film is ever original? There can only be so many topics that you can work on, the important thing is how well you elaborate on it. EQ's plot is unoriginal, true, but the script, the acting, the emotional content, the action are all brilliant. And this is probably an awkward comparison, but the critics who were so quickly to trash the unoriginality of EQ are the same people, I tell you, who were so easy to praise Titanic as the best movie ever! So I guess it's okay to watch a corny, recycled romance story with a script cheesier than Wisconsin and D-grade acting because it has a 200 million dollar budget. But a $20 million movie automatically has "uncreativity" written all over it. Enough said.

Thanks Trinity ;D! That was just my two cents and I wish I could throw that in the face of a critic someday.
