Very impressive, and more accurate replicas than the artists impression (photoshop) on this site. By this I mean the slide and extension are flush rather than leaving the narrow portion of the original slide in place.
However, the trigger guard doesn't match the movie modified version, and the takedown lever is still there rather than the EQ fire selector (apparently lifted from an AR15).
Sorry to nitpick, I am such a geek.

True, but only on that particular gun the others were shorter on the front and ahd all the correct markings. The guns were made based on hat model and how accurate the customer wanted them the guy that had that one didn't want the fire selector or markings and the front end was some 18mm longer than standard Many of the others were manufactured from drawings provided by the armourers to the film The trigger gaurd changes in the film some 4 times it depended on what gun ws used for what scene (there were 11 guns used in total)The hammer changed 3 times and the front of the slide changed 6 times Many of the guns in the film wern't even guns, they were huge gas pipes that just provided a long flame from a gas pipe in bales sleve...(noticable when you see the lobby scene where flames are spewing from the gun but no slide recoil occours). Other guns used apart from the 92FS Beretta were the M93R Beretta and for the movie poster in some cases a Glock 17L Longslide with an extension was used Overall 131 Mistakes were made with continuation in the film where the guns were concerned cheers Dee

Neither am I but when your making guns for people if you do make any changes they tend to notice such as the post above about the trigger gaurd demonstrated by the screen captures below. Note no recoil of the slide and different trigger gaurds ....captures are only 3 frames apart. area51airsoft.com/cap1.bmparea51airsoft.com/cap2.bmpcheers Dee

6082T6 Alluminium Alloy was used.. It was made on a Mazak HQ7960 CNC multispindle milling machine... Then anodised using std Mil Spec Type II Hard anodise process.. A few problems you may have doing it the same way... The programming for the milling machine took 400+ hours. The Machine costs £900,650 to buy. Two of the chemicals used in anodising are Sodium Hydroxide and Sulphuric Acid (you need a poisons licence to buy them). There are 4 Mazaks of that type in the UK and we own 3 of them.(The last one is owned by Bae system of Hull) The tooling for the profile milling costs £8000 to have made.(Made by R.E.Cotes of London) So you can see it's not really a project for the home gun builder. I believe that some of the regular users of this site have guns on order and they are due for shipping this week.At christmas one final run of the guns is being done to produce another 10 clerics sidearms that are to be given away as gifts to a few people...(one of them being Jenge that runs this site) If anybody does really want to have a go at building them now we have stopped production they are welcome to our drawings to use for free. Hope that helps cheers Dee

Oh wow! That's amazing, I'd love one, but I'd prefer to keep the £250!!!
I suppose I'll have to wait for a cheap and nasty version to appear somewhere on the market.

also do you know of any way/material i could use to build a 'getto' version of the extensions? yeah, or if someone could just sell the extensions, that'd be so cool. i'd just buy the extensions, buy cheapo-plastic airsoft berettas from Ebay, and instant cleric action!

The main reason we stopped doing them is the time it takes to ensure they function perfectly Once the mad rush on the new rifles we do is over I'll get the drawings sent out to those that have asked for them cheers Dee

which makes it even worse! £500!!!! I was going to make myself a cheap nasty version with a cheap airgun and a lump of aluminium, but I haven't found the airgun, and I they won't let me back into the workshop I used to go to! So I suppose sticking a piece of painted foam to an airgun would be the best option.

I asked before in that other thread, but I'll ask again just in case. I'd love a copy of those drawings... As they'd really help in the construction of my two custom-job clerics. Please send them to: level_81@yahoo.co.uk Thanks in advance!

No prob, bear with me for a bit though as I have quite a bit of work on at the minute so won't get round to doing individual mails.I'll likely just upload all the files and let people get them from our web site..then Link here.. They will be in both .DC (DeltaCad) and .DXF (Autocad) format. Delta Cad is a cheap and dirty CAD pacage...idiot proof and useful. www.dcad.com (no connection other than as a satisfied user) cheers Dee
