Hello everyone, I'm so glad to be back here bringing you another new vid It's neither kinda sad because I've already made one, nor pure action thing because there are enough of them already (And I believe "Ode to the Grammaton" to be the best ) This time I've tried to make some "epic" video to show a huge number of people serving the great system - uncompromising machines obeying the will of their leader. Music is "Fundamentum" by Lesiem. Sounds great, but the song is in Latin and I don't understand a word ;D Upd: new link - d41.yousendit.com/D/03XKQYB6IAEA32CMZ7QTBAWD9D/Uncompromising%20Servants.wmv

I really loved it!! It gave me goosebumps... and it gave me a fresh view of all those little roles that make Equilibrium so complete! You wouldn't happen to have the lyrics to the song, do you?

Fundamentum - foundation Dominus - master, lord Fratercaedes - fratricide (caedes - murder) Sanctus - saint Exitus - exit Masculus - maybe male, masculine (I'm not sure ) Similis - alike, similar Maximus - the greatest That's all I managed to find so far...

Vespertilio, I think I have the same problem. Uploading smth about 30 mb via the dialup connection... not so hard, actually, but rather annoying

Hey, well done on that video Eithne Ame! From your descrition of the video, I think you've definately achieved what you set out to do from the outset....a dark & foreboding vid outlining the cold, exacting nature of Fathers Regime. Its quite clear that you have a knack for this sort of thing. And I'm flattered you think Ode is the best action video for Equilibrium, Its always a bonus to hear people enjoying the stuff I make & share!

Thank you, MisterAnderson, I'm honoured to receive such a comment from you Ode was one of the first videos I downloaded and one of those which inspired me

Romulus is the founder of Rome, Remus is his brother. Legend states that they were raised by a wolf (which is why Remus is probably the cause of the name Remus Lupin from Harry Potter). Romulus killed Remus (fratricide)

Hello everyone, I'm so glad to be back here bringing you another new vid I've only gotten to see half due to a downloading error, but I like it a lot. The music is awesome! I notice there's two different "Mystic Spirit Voices" CDs listed. Which one has the version of the song that you used?

Sorry to be a spoilsport ... but the lyrics in Reply #3 aren't proper Latin or anything close to it ... simply a cool-sounding approximation. Which is perfectly fine, and often done nowadays ... it's good music and a good video, and good on 'em! Just ... don't look for a translation with deep meaning ...

You're welcome ... hate to sound like a twit. But spoken Latin, as spoken by the class of people who do speak it, doesn't sound very "Latiny ..." hence the need to concoct lyrical cocktails ... I may add that good old English has been subject to the same treatment ever since the earliest days of the doo-wop artists, right up through such names as the Beatles, Yes, and Duran Duran, down to the current generation of MTV, er, vocalists ... I have a CD that features a serious stab at rap in Latin ... quite interesting-sounding!" (I have wondered how often and how many people have sat down to deeply ponder such examples out of English as "Goo goo g'joob" and "Be bop-a-lula." )

Er... I don't mean to be an egoistic conceited faultfinder... And I'm sorry to say that but the link 'Dowload here' on this page is for 'Summer moved on', not 'Uncompomising Servants'. Sowwy Still, the arrow on the right gets the right vid.

That was definetly a great fan vid. You definetly succeeded in putting an epic feel to Equilibrium, "Uncompromising Servants" goes up with "Ode to the Grammaton" in my book.
Fantastic job.
