Seen Matchstick Men and Underworld, that's two fall movies out of the way. I'm particularly looking forward to 'Master And Commander' being ex-navy myself. I'm also looking forward to Resident Evil 2, the last Matrix (even though Reloaded was disappointing), Scary Movie 3 and I forget whatever else.

Ok, I have to say that The Rundown is the most fun I've had in the theater this year. For an action junky such as myself there's nothing more fun than a film that pokes fun at the genre. I haven't had tears coming from my eyes with laughter since Galaxy Quest. A lot of inside action ribs that only addicts of the genre will pick up on.
This is what I expected out of Once Upon a Time in Mexico & didn't get.

Anyone know when Troy's coming out? I've been totally out of the film loop for ages so I don't even know if its out this year. It looks great though - allstar cast, massive budget, and for an Iliad fan like me, it's a dream come true! I just wish that Orlando Bloom wasn't in it - as far as I was aware, there were no deadpan characters in the Iliad... Deimos

Thanks a lot JenGe! Funny, that's exactly what I thought when I first saw the trailer. Haven't seen it yet though so I won't pass judgement. Deimos

Anyone planning on catching Mystic River tomorrow or are you all saving your money for Kill Bill on Friday?? Kill Bill! Although I hate admitting it, oh yes, I do...I'm a sucker for Quentin Tarantino; props to the mad skillz he posseses in the genre. I'm still surprised, though, that the studio let him split the film into 2 parts. I've been meaning to see Underworld, but all the feedback has been the same as JenGe's. Anyone see Lost in Translation? That's another I've been meaning to get to. I really enjoyed The Virgin Suicides, well, as much as you can *enjoy* the film, so I was excited to see Sophia Coppola's vision again.
